It is what we do
Because of the skill sets that are resident in EE we specialize in the area of leadership development. While conducting coaching programs we found our clients were looking for the opportunity to ‘stretch’ and grow their leaders. Or, they want to work with their senior people to create a learning environment that gets people ‘out of their comfort zones’.
Leadership Camp
The New View of Leadership is a residential leadership development program conducted at our purpose built Experiential Leadership Camp situated on the banks of the Hawkesbury River, in NSW. Its intention is to improve the leadership capabilities of every participant.
We are different
In our experience there are many excellent courses available which provide a strong background in contemporary leadership theory, however we believe that gathering information about leadership and learning to lead better are distinctly different propositions.
