Where are you now? The most important thing in the coaching process is to first know where you are starting from. Coaches work with the individual to help them to better know themselves, better understanding their strengths and weaknesses and the quality of their life balance.
Where do you want to go? This is the planning and goal setting section of the process. Working with the individual and the organisation the coach helps facilitate the setting of specific goals to work towards.
What are you willing to do to get there? Through a series of one-on-one sessions, the coach and the individual work on their self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-belief. They question assumptions and help provide the motivation and discipline to unlock potential.
