The EE Fitness Centre is not your typical gym - it is for the exclusive use of clients who have participated in an EE Adventure and for our client's friends and family. We also provide for sporting teams, corporate groups and general fitness enthusiasts.
Our Mission
To provide to clients the means by which they train consistently, sensibly, and systematically over designated periods of time, in a clean, safe and professional environment to help prevent injury, enjoy exercise, and improve individual health, fitness or athletic performance.

GROUP FITNESS
Fatties
Fatties, Mid-Morning and Lunch-Times are our generic fitness offerings. They are fun, generally circuit based cardiovascular and resistance based programs.
These sessions are on three mornings, mid mornings and lunchtimes a week so you attain consistency, quality and affordable training. For anyone wanting to be a part of these challenging yet social and dynamic programs, these sessions ensure you enhance your fitness.
EE Mens
What can we say…these two classes a week are for the gents….combining strength based exercises, cardiovascular conditions and circuit training you can be sure you will have a solid workout.
EE Personal Fitness Assessment (PFA)
This comprehensive fitness assessment is designed to check specific aspects of our health and fitness. Your initial fitness assessment will give you an idea of where your fitness levels are today.
Formative assessments should be carried out every three months, remembering it takes six to eight weeks to see any significant change.
During the Personal Fitness and Health Assessment at Executive Excellence you are assessed for the following:
- General medical screen, health and fitness history check and health goals.
- Sub or VO2 max testing on the run, bike, rowing or other protocol based on individual needs.
- Postural
ALTITUDE TRAINING

EE Fitness is the only facility in Brisbane offering clients access to simulated altitude training. Altitude training has been used in the sporting world for many years as a method of improving aerobic performance.
The system works by exposing the body to reduced oxygen environments stimulates Hypoxic Inducable Factor 1, a factor which stimulates a number of qualitative biochemical and hormonal changes that lead to more efficient aerobic function at a cellular level. This makes the body become more efficient at utilising oxygen.
