PRICING STRUCTURE
$6,250 per person ex-Brisbane including all training.
ANZAC Kokoda is $6,500 per person as this trek includes buglers, bagpipers, ministers and involves an extra day on the track.
MONEY MATTERS
A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is required at the time of booking. The balance of payment is due 60 days before the departure date of the trek.
YOUR TREK COSTS INCLUDE:
• Eight week fully-supervised Adventure Fitness Preparation Program or the 12 week Remote Preparation Program; both of which ensures your success of trekking Kokoda
• Return economy airfare from Brisbane to Port Moresby with Air Niugini *
• Insurance cover under our public liability and professional indemnity policies as well as individual personal travel insurance
• Two nights accommodation in Port Moresby (4-star) on a twin share basis *
• Restaurant meals in Port Moresby
• Charter flight from Port Moresby to Kokoda
• All transfers and transport in Papua New Guinea
• Accommodation on the Track in a village hut, tent or bush camp
• All food during the trek (purchased and packed by EE in Australia)
• All personal camping and cooking equipment including sleeping bag, tent and sleeping mat
• Local PNG porters for group equipment
• Full drying cleaning of boots following the trek
• Specialised EE adventure trek clothing including trek shirt, night shirt and trek hat
• A culminating trip to Bomana War Cemetery
• Experienced Australian trek leader and qualified medic
• Dedicated and exclusive guest houses and campsites on the Track
• Full satellite communication systems including satellite phones and rear links to medical teams and evacuation teams in Australia.
• Proven and comprehensive evacuation plans, systems and protocols for evacuating injured trekkers from the track.We have never evacuated an EE trekker however, we are always prepared.
• Local PNG porters for group equipment. Our porters set up and pull down all of our personal tents each day, as well as carry all of our group equipment and foodpacks.
• Membership to our Kids of Kokoda Society.
YOUR TREK COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE:
• Personal expenses eg. tips, laundry, phone calls etc.
• Personal porter/carrier charges if required ($650 per personal porter for the
duration of the trek); and
• PNG Visa
• Anti-malarial medication and inoculations
• Boots and a small amount of trek clothing
• Connecting flights to and from Brisbane
